Step by step

The steps

  1. Go to iammiq.com and sign in with your child’s email or username and password.
  2. Open Connection test. Choose the camera and microphone you want to use.
  3. Click Preview camera. Allow camera access if your browser asks. Click Preview microphone, speak and watch the level move.
  4. Click Run the test and wait for the checks. Read any message that needs attention.
  5. Scroll to Can you hear us? and click Play a sound. Click I heard it only if you heard the sound through your speakers or headphones.
  6. Return to Lessons and open your child’s scheduled lesson.
  7. Check the preview and microphone, then click Join my lesson. Follow your teacher’s instructions once you are in.
