Reset a forgotten ikandoiQ password.

A short walk-through for families, with no sound. You will need access to the email used for your child’s sign-in.

Step by step

The steps

  1. On the ikandoiQ sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address used to sign in to your child’s account, then click Send me a reset link.
  3. Open the email titled Reset your ikandoiQ password. Click Choose a new password.
  4. Enter a new password of at least eight characters. Enter the same password again under Type it again.
  5. Click Set new password. Your new password is saved and you are signed in.
  6. Keep the new password somewhere safe and use it next time you sign in.
